Sub-menu ini digunakan untuk mengambil data bibliografi dalam aplikasi SLiMS, untuk kemudian dapat dimasukkan dalam aplikasi SLiMS lainnya. Proses ini dapat dipahami sebagai pertukaran data.
Proses ekspor akan menghasilkan berkas .csv. Format .csv apabila kita lihat isinya, secara berurutan berisi data sebagai berikut:
