Sub-menu Loan Rules
Merupakan fasilitas untuk mendefinisikan secara spesifik aturan peminjaman yang didasarkan pada Member Type , Collection Type , GMD. Aturan yang ditetapkan dalam fasilitas ini sama seperti kita membuat aturan pada sub-menu Member Type dengan mengisi ruas:
Loan Limit (Batas Jumlah Peminjaman);Loan Period (Periode Peminjaman);Reborrow Limit (Batas Perpanjangan);Fines Each Day (Denda per Hari); danOverdue Grace Period (Toleransi Keterlambatan).
Contoh Pendefinisian Loan Rules :
Perpustakaan Anda memiliki 3 (tiga) tipe koleksi: Buku, Audio Visual , Skripsi;
Salah satu tipe keanggotaan di perpustakaan Anda adalah: Mahasiswa dengan jatah pinjam total 2 koleksi, yaitu: 1 untuk tipe koleksi Buku dan 1 lagi untuk tipe koleksi Audio Visual
Untuk itu tentu Anda harus membuat tipe keanggotaan "Mahasiswa" dengan total peminjaman dua koleksi;
Kemudian pada Loan Rules , yang harus didefinisikan:
Tipe keanggotaan "Mahasiswa" jatah pinjam koleksi "Buku" adalah 1;
Tipe keanggotaan "Mahasiswa" jatah pinjam koleksi "Audio Visual " adalah 1; Tipe keanggotaan "Mahasiswa" jatah pinjam koleksi "Skripsi" adalah 0.
Jika sudah selesai mendefinisikan Loan Rules , klik pada tombol "Save " untuk menyimpan aturan yang sudah didefinisikan tersebut. Semuanya harus didefinisikan, jika tidak maka bisa jadi terlewati.
