Setting Akademik
5.1 Semester
Menu ini menyajikan data semester yang dapat diaktifkan. Masing-masing semester mempunya data yang berbeda. Sebagai contoh data nilai 2017/2018 Ganjil tidak akan tampil ketika data yang diaktikan 2017/2018 Genap. Alangkah baiknya pada menu ini pengguna menonaktifkan users access add, edit, dan delete untuk menjaga keamanan data pada setiap semester. Semester akan otomatis dibuat ketika sudah melawati tanggal yang sudah ditentukan. Silahkan hubungi bagian develop untuk mengkonfirmasi kapan semester dibuat.
5.1.1 Detail Data
Klik button “Detail ” pada tabel penyajian data, lalu pengguna akan diarahkan ke halaman detail data. Klik button “Panah Kiri ” untuk kembali kehalaman penyajian data.
5.1.2 Aktifkan Data
Apabila pengguna ingin mengaktifkan semester. Pengguna dapat mengklik button “Aktikan ” pada tabel penyajian data, lalu pengguna akan mendapatkan pertanyaan konfirmasi. Klik “Oke ” jika ingin mengaktifkan dan klik “Cancel ” jika tidak.
5.1.3 Filter Data
Cari data pada kolom inputan tabel atau kolom input search. Filter jumlah data per page pada show 10 entries. Button “Arah Berputar” untuk merefresh kembali data.. Pengguna juga dapat merefresh data dengan cara mengklik button icon “Arah Panah Berputar ”.
